Your role:
You will be directly involved in all aspects of the sales cycle, working closely with our candidates and clients in the Swiss market. Following a comprehensive training program we will develop your skills and competence, ultimately leading to the role of Recruitment Consultant. You will achieve this through:
• Market and database research to identify suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally
• Approach, selection and qualification of candidates
• Active involvement in sales tasks
• Developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients
