Sustainability and LatAm Strategy Officer - Circle 8 Group

Your mission

Key Responsibilities of this dual role:

To carry out all necessary tasks in partnership with the Company’s Senior Management team and their counterparts within the Group regarding the design and implementation of a Group wide ESG policy, the day to day management and reporting of all related data and the collation of all relevant reports.
To work with the M&A team of the Group and design the acquisition strategy in Latin America with an initial focus in Mexico and Brazil.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all Company, stakeholder and strategic matters.

Your profile

Skills and Attributes:

Solid understanding of sustainability regulations (e.g. CSRD) and hands-on experience in sustainability reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in at least one additional relevant language (e.g. Spanish or Portuguese) is a strong asset.
Ability to prepare presentations and draft clear internal policies.
Advanced numerical skills to produce thorough and succinct reports to the M&A team and the Board of Directors.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Experience with standard data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI); familiarity with additional tools (e.g. SPSS, JASP, STAN, SAP, LCA, SimaPro, or similar) is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in business, sustainability, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
