Key Responsibilities

Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn, ATS systems, and other innovative tools
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a professional and positive experience
Stay up to date with market trends in IT, Finance, Life Sciences, or other key industries
Build and maintain strong networks with candidates and industry professionals

Your profile

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as French are an advantage
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred, ideally within IT, Finance, or Life Sciences
Strong proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
