We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will focus on expanding our client base by building strong partnerships with companies in need of staffing solutions. You will be responsible for driving business development efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placements for permanent or contract roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients to understand their staffing needs and present Swisslinx’s tailored recruitment and personal leasing solutions.
- Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base through proactive networking, cross-selling, and market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for recruitment services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in line with company policies and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Candidate Fulfillment: Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the successful placement of candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to position Swisslinx as a leader in the recruitment space.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal colleagues to align on strategies, share insights, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client activity, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
