Account Manager

Your mission

We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our Zurich team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing existing relationships, driving business growth through up-selling, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Fluency in German and English is essential, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusting partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and explore new client partnerships.
  • Up-Selling: Understand client needs and offer additional services or solutions to enhance their experience and strengthen the partnership.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS systems, and other innovative tools to identify and engage exceptional candidates that align with client requirements.
  • Recruitment Oversight: Collaborate with recruiters to ensure the timely delivery of top-tier candidates that align with client needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about trends in IT, Finance, and Life Sciences to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to clients, and ensure client satisfaction. 
Your profile
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience in account management, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role within IT, Finance, or Life Sciences sectors is highly desirable.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify up-selling opportunities and successfully pitch additional services to clients.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding business development and account performance targets.
  • Organized and Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
