Your mission
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier candidates in the IT, Finance, or Life Sciences sectors for our clients. Fluency in German and English is essential, and proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, ATS systems, and other innovative tools to identify and engage exceptional candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to placement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends in IT, Finance, and Life Sciences to effectively attract and engage top talent.
- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
